LAPSMPTN.DLL is part of LAN Adapter and Protocol Support (LAPS), the network adapter and
protocol configuration component of Communications Manager/2, and resides in
\IBMCOM\DLL. It ships as part of the same 2004-05-21 build pass as
ACSLAN.DLL and its siblings. "MPTN" is IBM's own term for the MultiProtocol Transport
Network layer, and this file's two exports confirm the connection directly:
CNFGMPTN ("Configure MPTN") and _GETDLGDATA ("Get Dialog Data").
Unlike LAPSCID.DLL/LAPSMCID.DLL, it imports Presentation Manager
(PMWIN, HELPMGR), consistent with being the interactive MPTN
configuration dialog page rather than a headless CID entry point.
