\IBMCOM\DLL. It ships as part of the same 2004-05-21 build pass as
ACSLAN.DLL and its siblings, importing only DOSCALLS/NLS (no
Presentation Manager) and exporting one non-resident function, MPTCIDENTRY.
The name reads as "MPTS CID Entry", pairing it functionally (if not by build date) with
LAPSCID.DLL's apparent CID/unattended-install entry point.
