LAPSCID.DLL
LAPSCID.DLL is part of LAN Adapter and Protocol Support (LAPS), the network adapter and
protocol configuration component of Communications Manager/2, and resides in
\IBMCOM\DLL. It is a large NE DLL from an older, separately-versioned build
than the other LAPS files in this directory, importing only NLS/MSG/
DOSCALLS (no Presentation Manager) and exporting one function,
NONINTERACTIVE_PATH. The name — together with "CID" in the module name —
suggests this drives LAPS configuration for IBM's CID (Configuration, Installation,
Distribution) unattended-install framework, as opposed to the interactive notebook UI.
