STEVIE (ST Editor for VI Enthusiasts) is a clone of the UNIX editor vi.

The editor was first written by Tim Thompson for the Atari ST. Later versions improved by Tony Andrews also support UNIX, Minix, MS-DOS, and OS/2.

Tony Andrews' port to the Amiga was the basis for the development of Vim.
