Peter C. Mehlitz
German gent, worked for BISS GmbH as their main developer in the 1990's and created C++ and Java libraries, classes and programming tools that were primarily marketed to the insurance industry, later founded Transvirtual Technologies who developed Kaffe, last we knew he was working for NASA.
