Peter C. Mehlitz

German gent, worked for BISS GmbH as their main developer in the 1990's and created C++ and Java libraries, classes and programming tools that were primarily marketed to the insurance industry, later founded Transvirtual Technologies who developed Kaffe, last we knew he was working for NASA.

  • BISS-AWT - Java UI/Widgets framework - Partially compatible with BISS-BSA (1997)
  • BISS-BSA - C++ application framework
  • CThrough - C++ IDE and other development utilities.
  • Kaffe - Java virtual machine.
