XBase++ is a Clipper/xBase compatible database development system.
History
It was originally developed for 32-bit OS/2. In 1998 it was availabe for 32-bit Windows programming. The company stopped supporting OS/2 with version 1.3 and removed all references, support documents and updates for the system from their homepage.
Version 1.2 of xBase++ for OS/2 is close enough to standard xBase/Clipper de-facto standards that you can move code developed for it to a modern system like Harbour without too much difficulty.
