Database tools that behave like or emulate the language and API of the [[Clipper]] application circa version 5.x, utilities for [[xBase]] products, xBase development in general or .dbf/ndx files in particular, or any specific xBase related development system. Clipper was a database compiler that compiled [[dBase III]] applications into machine code with some extensions.
