The VisualAge Smalltalk product line was sold to Instantiations, Inc. who sold and supported the 6.x branch (released as VA Smalltalk 7, which bundled VA Assist Enterprise/S, WidgetKit/Controls, and GF/ST - originally add-on products - with the Smalltalk release). VA Smalltalk 7 supported OS/2, but support was subsequently removed from the 8.x product branch.
