OnCmd is an implementation of the xBase programming language available for QNX, Linux, and Windows.

An xBase and to a lesser degree SQL compatible database compiler for OS/2, 32-bit Windows and QNX, in many ways highly advanced technically even though it is getting on in years, supporting features that no other database does such as Pen OS/2, SOM support and a REXX scripting facility, and in general very fast execution.

In other ways the package is strangely backwards, it only accepts ASCII as input text, not even an OS/2 (or Win or QNX) codepage, making it useless anywhere outside the USA. Mildly intriguing since it is made by a Canadian company and it means it does not comply with Canadian regulations that expect support for British English and French.
