LAPSRES.DLL
LAPSRES.DLL is part of LAN Adapter and Protocol Support (LAPS), the network adapter and
protocol configuration component of Communications Manager/2, and resides in
\IBMCOM\DLL. It is a pure resource DLL — no code, no exports, no imports —
built as part of the 2004-05-21 LAPS build pass. Despite the naming, it is not from
LAPSPM.DLL's own (2001) build pass; it is most likely a later refresh of that
module's resources (dialog text/strings) without a corresponding code rebuild.
