DEVICEFONTDISABLED under OS/2 Warp Server for e-business (and probably more recent warp 3/4 fixpaks) setting this to YES will cause very large/slow print jobs, since no uploaded/internal printer fonts will be used.

SET DEVICEFONTDISABLED=NO

You want it set to "NO" in most cases (NO is the default).
