Lattice Comm Library
The Lattice Communications Library supports DOS, OS/2 and AmigaDOS environments with a set of functions for a variety of protocols.
It's written in ANSI C that supports DOS and OS/2, primarily oriented towards modem communications. Supports XMODEM, YMODEM and Kermit protocols, source code was sold separately.
