DataPerfect
A small menu driven relational database system for DOS that is not programmable but has surprisingly flexible engine and user interface, has a die-hard following even now and what is even more remarkable is that the original author is still updating it every few years, and it has been made freeware. The package even sports a back end that converts your databases into a web site.
