A magazine published by Miller Freeman that covered topics relating to the C and C++ programming languages, with a much greater emphasis on C++ especially it its latter years. Also published a CD-ROM that contained almost all articles from the magazine alongside some code examples as well.

The magazine's first issue was in January 1990 as C Users Journal and it covered quite a lot of OS/2 related topics during its early years, the publication was discontinued in 2006 with the last issue being published in January with a March date on it. Some of the regular columns and authors were moved over Dr. Dobb's Journal.
