Description

One of the two compiler tools coming with the VAC/C++ 4.0 package. It is provided there for compatibility reasons with older software, with software for VAC 3.5 for Windows NT and projects that need a stand-alone compiler tool (the VAC 4.0 compiler is integrated in the IDE and not available as a standalone tool any more). It still does not support all ANSI C++ standard features.
