HARDERR.EXE
The OS/2 Hard Error Daemon displays hard error messages, also known as the hardware error handler, used by the OS/2 Kernel.
HARDERR.EXE is loaded when OS/2 boots and handles pop-up screen for "abort, retry, fail" errors.
