HOPE

An implementation of Oberon-2 for 32 bit OS/2 developed by David C. Morrill while he was working for the IBM Personal Systems division in Texas in the early-mid 90's. Much like IBM Modula-2 the Oberon-2 system was never distributed outside IBM and the only software developed with the system we know to have been released is the freeware/EWS REXX front end creator Dr. Dialog, but judging from that program the Oberon-2 system may have had an interesting feature or two.
