This converts a string from ASCII to Unicode.

Synopsis

APIRET APIENTRY KernStrToUcs(KEEUnicodeStruct* ucs, PCHAR utrgt, PCHAR src, ULONG trgtsize,ULONG srcsize);

Parameters

ucs: Pointer to the Unicode conversion object created with KernCreateUconvObject.
utrgt: Pointer to the Unicode buffer
src: Pointer to the ASCII buffer
trgtsize: length of the target buffer
srcsize: length of the source buffer
