KernFreeSpinLock

Destroys a spinlock structure that is no longer in use.

Synopsis

APIRET APIENTRY KernFreeSpinLock(KEESpinLock* sl);

sl: Pointer to a spinlock structure.

Actually, this routine is supposed to clear the internal "in-use" flag. But in 14.039SMP, it does - nothing. I think this is a bug.
