Canadian gent that was the original editor of the OS/2 e-Zine and the founder of WarpCast, he held out a company called Haligonian Media, but in addition to issuing the OS/2 e-Zine that company also had electronic publications called Haligonia and Nova Scotia! that dealt with non-technical matters.
