Steven P. Schneer

USA based independent consultant and a certified OS/2 engineer. He was a member of the board of directors of the Tampa Bay OS/2 User's Group, active in the TEAM OS/2 organisation and contributed articles to Personal Systems Magazine. Mr Schneer has been an application developer, systems analyst, and database analyst, and he has worked with mainframe computers since the punch card days and with personal computers since the Apple II+.
