Flag indicating the state to put the Workplace Shell DSOM Server into.

Start the Workplace Shell DSOM Server.

Stop the Workplace Shell DSOM Server.

This function returns a APIRET with the values of:

• PMERR_OK
• PMERR_WPDSERVER_IS_ACTIVE
