Tony Johnson
USA based experimental physicist that worked at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC), in addition to writing a few REXX related articles he wrote a some of the earliest web server side scripts in the world and noticeably in 1992 MidasWWW, the second web browser ever delivered.
