Copia
A USA based company that started life as a provider of database engines for programmers but later diverted into developing and selling communication systems, Copia took over Roundhill Computer Systems Limited in the early 1990's which is now known as Copia UK. Note that even though the company has stopped maintaining their development tools they still sell them, albeit unsupported but with full source code.
