A budget native 32 bit Pascal interpreter/p-code compiler based on the Cabot UCSD Pascal system that was introduced in 1995. Unlike the full UCSD system it only supported Pascal development (e.g. no support for Modula-2, C, Fortran 77 or assembly) but otherwise appears to have all the development tools that the more expensive version offered.
