Boris G. Chr. Shingarov
Russian gent that used to handle the marketing of VisualAge Smalltalk in Russia for IBM, he later moved to Canada and worked for The Object People on Smalltalk and Java related projects and is one of the authors of SWT and a frequent Eclipse contributor.
