An implementation of Oberon-2 for 32 bit OS/2 developed David C. Morrill while he was working for the IBM Personal Systems division in Texas. Much like IBM Modula-2 the Oberon-2 system was never distributed outside IBM and the only software developed with the system we know to have been released is the REXX front end creator Dr. Dialog, but juding from that program the Oberon-2 system may have had an interesting feature or two.
