Talk:IBM Open Class Library

The GUI part of the IOCL provides unmatched support for all PM functionalities, so it would be mostly desirable in my eyes to make it freely available also for other compilers like GCC C/C++ Compiler and Linker etc.! (But probably this will remain just a dream...)
