Library with date functions for REXX.

Functions

RexxDate_Init
Registers the RexxDate functions.
RexxDate_Diff
Returns the difference in days between two dates.
RexxDate_Drop
Deregisters the RexxDate functions. This drops ALL the functions.
RexxDate_Isleap
Returns 1 if the year is a leap year, otherwise 0.
