Technical Architect Group
A user group for OS/2 developers set up in 1992/3 by Alan DuBoff that held monthly meetings at the IBM Santa Monica office, the name was expanded to Los Angeles OS/2 Technical Architect Group or LA-TAG in mid 1993 to avoid confusion.
