A british company based in Marlborough in Wiltshire, but the company later also had offices in Wheaton, Illinois, USA as well. RCS started out life creating PL/I programming tools for CP/M and introduced a PL/I screen painter called "Panel" in 1981 that they later ported to other systems and programming languages.
