Walter Fang

Walter Fang was a Senior Consultant, Object Technology, at IBM's ITSO San Jose Center. Before he was an Information Technology Architect at IBM Canada Client/Server Center. He is a Certified IBM VisualAge for Smalltalk Developer, and holds a Master degree in Computer Science from Taiwan University.
