President of Solution Frameworks

William Law was a Staff Programmer at the IBM Programming Systems Lab in Cary, North Carolina. He has worked for IBM since 1981 and has been involved in the development of object-oriented application frameworks since 1989, was a designer of the IBM C/C++ Tools: User Interface Class Library, a component of the IBM C Set++ product set.
