Resource Map Utility driver for OS2 (ISA)

PCMCIA Resource Management. Only needed for OS/2 2.1

For OS/2 Warp 3.0, the driver RESERVE.SYS is used instead of the Resource Map Utility (ICRMU01.SYS, RMUOS2AT.SYS).
