Code Quill

Code Quill was a Java based programmers text editor which emulated vi, offering both a vi keyboard emulation and syntax expansion feature that was a vi workalike. It was only available for a limited time in around 1998/99 and is only notable since the author distributed it via BMT Micro and only announced it on OS/2 related sites.
