Tools usually delivered in the form of executable software that can be used from any programming or scripting language to extend the functionality of your programs. These are usually delivered as Dynamic Link Library's, WPS Classes or kernels that can be linked into your executbles, although in some rare cases these are just plain exe's or drivers. These programs are usually supplied as both source and executable but can also be supplied as an executable only.

Note that this category is meant to be used for tools that are native to OS/2 and not Java, DOS or WinOS/2 tools.
