Apex OS2 Driver for the PCMCIA modem.
DEVICE=X:\OS2\APEXDFM1.OS2 S1C2,S2C2
It requires PCMCIA.SYS loaded. The Apex OS2 Driver MUST be installed after the COM.SYS driver and before the Socket Services Drivers.
