Graphing toolkit available in two versions, the "C++ Multi-Platform Graph Toolkit" that supports DOS, Windows and OS/2 (both command line and PM) and a C# version that only supports Microsoft Windows running .NET. Comes with full source code.

Explicitly supports IBM C++ compilers but should work with others.

License: Commercial software - A full developers license cost USD 45, the company has also made "personal" licenses available for 30 USD in the past.
