A British company based in Ogbourne St. George, Marlborough in Wiltshire that was originally incorporated on May the 22nd 1980. RCS started out life creating PL/I programming tools for CP/M and introduced a PL/I screen painter called "Panel" in 1981 that they later ported to other systems and programming languages in an enhanced version named Panel Plus II. The company is no longer in the development tools market, but provides development and software support services for software house Copia and their communications product CopiaFacts.
The company also created freeware utilities that floated around BBSs in the 1980's such as disk utilities hf.com and fh.com.
