USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller Driver

/V - Verbose Mode, displays driver information during OS/2 initialization.
/FS - Forces the driver to stop the USB host during OS/2 shutdown process. This parameter can be used to prevent POST (power on system test) failures on some hardware with a legacy keyboard.
