John Howard is a retired OS/2 Internationalization Architect.
John Howard was a Senior Programmer working on National Language Support as part of the OS/2 Architecture group in Austin, Texas. In addition to NLS, John has published several articles on real-time Unix computing in the Journal of Mini and Micro Systems.
