Fields

usDelay  Typematic delay.
         Specifies the typematic delay in milliseconds. A value greater than
         the maximum value defaults to the maximum value.

usRate   Typematic rate.
         Specifies the typematic rate in characters per second. A value greater
         than the maximum value defaults to the maximum value.
