Visual Tools/400 (VT/400) is a software package for OS/2 and Microsoft Windows 3.11 that allows programmers to read, create and write text and binary files directly from VisualAge for RPG applications, allowing the programmer to directly control read and write functions.

- OS/400 3.1.0 or higher
- OS/2 2.1 or higher for the OS/2 version
- Windows 3.11 or WinOS/2 on OS/2 Warp or newer for the Windows versions
- Optionally VisualAge for RPG if you are doing development with VT/400 file sets.

Licence and availability
Discontinued commercial software. The package could be bought separately at an almost prohibitive US$1,675, most people however got it as a part of a US$3,995 package called UtilityZone/400 that contained a whole heap of AS/400 utilities and programming aids.
