A noted personality in the OS/2 community in the USA, she ran the Judy's Warped World OS/2 advocacy site on top of doing lots of volunteering activities for the community including acting as a VOICE Liaison Officer and doing sundry volunteering at Warpstock meetings. She was also a prolific creator of small internet campaign logos that she used to splatter around her homepage giving it a somewhat neurotic look, but that was actually not an uncommon practice at the time.
Judy was one of the persons awarded a OS/2 e-Zine! Lifetime Achievement Award by OS/2 eZine in 1999.
