Todd Crowe is a Independant Consultant at Portland, Oregon Area. He was the lead developer for the IBM's OS/2 Developer API Extensions. He helped to port PMWIN to OS/2 for the PowerPC.  He also provide technical support for an OS/2 compiler and assembler and authored some OS/2 applications. He also wrote several articles for the OS/2 Professional Magazine.
