DosSMStart

Description

This allows the shell to start a new session. This can only be called by the shell that owns the session manager. I am not sure about the parameter 'type': this seems to be missing in some cases.

Syntax

   =0, start in foreground

   =1, vio session
   =2, windowed session
   =3, VDM session
