A specialist Smalltalk magazine published nine times a year between 1991 and 1997 by a publishing company called SIGS, that specialised in publishing magazine and organizing conferences that covered object-oriented technologies. Smalltalk Report begun a a newsletter in 1991 and had usually a lot of OS/2 related coverage, it changed into a proper colour printed magazine during 1994 and started to see a proper newsstand distribution during the same time.
