Raymond Chen was an early OS/2 enthusiast that created a number of utilities and ported a few programs from the UNIX world in the 16 bit era, he was hired by Microsoft in 1992 and has been there since, most of the time working on the Windows shell itself.
Known projects
- Perl - Interpreter, Mr Chen ported the original version to OS/2 in 1990.
