Parameters

tid - PTID - output

Thread ID

function - PFNTHREAD - input

Function to run in new therad

parameter - ULONG - input

Parameter passed to function

flags - ULONG - input

Flags for the new thread

stacksize - ULONG - input

Stack size for the new thread
